• Write a letter to the editor of your local paper on Mental Health Parity or eating disorders.
• Ask the principal or head of your school to include body image and self esteem curriculum or attend one of our events.
• Write, email, or call your representatives and ask them to support Mental Health Parity and funding for eating disorders research.
